Prof. W. Herroelen: "Resource-constrained project scheduling in the face of uncertainty". Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium).
He is Emeritus Professor of Operations Management at the Research Centre for Operations Management of the Department of Decision Sciences and Information Management at the Faculty of Business and Economics (K.U.Leuven). He hold a Master's degree in Business Engineering (K.U.Leuven, 1968) and a Ph.D. in Applied Economics (K.U.Leuven, 1972). His research domain is operations management, in particular planning and scheduling under resource constraints. His current research interest is in project planning and scheduling under uncertainty (robust and reactive/dynamic planning), within the broader area of resource- constrained project planning and scheduling.

Professor Avraham Shtub holds the Stephen and Sharon Seiden Chair in Project Management. He has a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (1974), an MBA from Tel Aviv University (1978) and a Ph.D in Management Science and Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington (1982). He is a senior member of the Institute of Industrial Engineering (USA) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI- USA). He is the recipient of the Institute of Industrial Engineering 1995 "Book of the Year Award" for his Book "Project Management: Engineering, Technology and Implementation" (co- authored with Jonathan Bard and Shlomo Globerson), Prentice Hall, 1994. He is the recipient of the Production Operations Management Society; Wick Skinner Teaching Innovation Achievements Award for his book: "Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): The Dynamics of Operations Management".
